Atlas Project’s ATX3 and The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF) are teaming up to offer shelter, opportunity, and support at the Esperanza Community, a sanctioned homeless encampment in East Austin where TOOF is currently building a transitional shelter complex.

With your help, and in partnership with Esperanza Community members, TOOF is designing and building a transformational shelter community with 200 non congregate shelter units, strategically configured into neighborhoods with outdoor communal kitchens, hygiene facilities, and shared community spaces.

YOUR IMPACT

By raising $75,000, Atlas Project’s ATX3 will sponsor the construction of 5 individual shelter units, called DURASHELTERS, which are locking, climate controlled transitional shelters that act as a springboard to a new life for our unhoused sisters and brothers. These funds will also offer an array of supportive services for the individuals staving in these units, including mental and physical health treatment, dignified work opportunities, and help finding permanent housing.
